The rental confirmation become agreement. When you send us your rent deposit , it stater the terms and conditions concerning the accommodation rental between you ( The guest ) and Home Property service Co.Ltd. Your sending payment in response to this invoice , constitutes your acceptance and agreement to these terms, conditions and restrictions as printed below.     Payment & Cancellation policies

 50% of the rental amount is due WITHIN 7 DAYS  of booking to  confirm you reservation. Failure to make payment subjects you reservation to automatic cancellation without notice to you. The balance duea of rent and damage deposit must be paid in full in cash on arrival. All cancel ( such as date changes ) most be made IN WRITING.
