Remark:  *There is a laundry services charging by the piece.

** The rental periods exceeding 1 week, electricity, water, cable TV and WiFi will be the renter’s responsibility (according to actual usage as indicated on the meter.)

*** The electricity charges will be collected in cash at the rate of 5.- thb per kw. And water charges will be collected in cash at the rate of 16.- thb per unit.

 The sports club which is only about 200 m. from the Apartment is open from 7 am to 7 pm.

It’s provides meals and has a large swimming pool.   There are also tennis court, badminton, table tennis, snooker/pool table etc., which you may used free of charge.

 If you are playing golf, the discount rate is 1,800 from 3,500 THB (the rack rate) Caddy fee is 300 thb.- golf cart (optional) is 650.-

CANCELLETION:

If in the event you need to cancel your booking AFTER making the full payment,You must notify us not less than 15 days prior to your check in date.

If there is no notification there shall be not refund in order to protect us from loss of other customers.

Once you have decided and remitted the payment, please email or scan the remittance slop to us for our record and we will acknowledge receipt of the payment back to you as soon as our bank confirms to us. Please be an advised that Thai banks usually take between 10-15 days to process the transaction.

Terms and Conditions                                  

When you make a reservation, you will receive a rental confirmation/Invoice from us requesting your deposit on the accommodation you have booked with Home Property Services. The rental confirmation becomes a binding agreement when you send us your rental deposit; it states the terms and conditions concerning the accommodation rental between you, (the guest) and Home Property Services Co. Ltd. Your sending payment in response to this invoice constitutes your acceptance and agreement to these terms, conditions, limitations and restrictions as printed below. If you have any problems or questions with any of the following, please be sure to phone or e-mail for discussion and explanation before you send us your rental deposit monies.

Payment & Cancellation Policies 

50% of the rental amount is due WITHIN 7 DAYS of booking to confirm your reservation. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation without notice to you. The balance due of rent and damage deposits must be paid in full in cash on arrival. All cancellations and any request for changes to your reservations (such as date changes) must be made IN WRITING. If you cancel your reservation all deposits received will be retained by  Home Property Service Co., Ltd.
