when you make a reservation, you will receive a rental confirmation / Invoice from us requesting your diposit on the accommodation you have booked with. Home property service. The rental confirmation becone a binding agreement. when you send us your rental deposit , it stater the trems and conditions concerning the accommodation rental between you, (the guest/and Homeproperty service.Co.Ltd. Payment & Cancellation Policies

50% of the rental amount is due WITHIN 7 DAYS of booking to confirm you reservation. Failure to make payment subjects you reservation to automatic cancellation without nitice to you. The balance duea of rent and damage deposits must be paic in full in cash on arrival. All cance ( such as date changes ) must be made IN WRITING.
