Payment & Cancellation Policies

50% of the rental amount is due WITHIN 7 DAYS of booking to confirm you reservation. Failure to make payment subjects you reservation to automatic cancellation without nitice to you. The balance duea of rent and damage deposits must be paic in full in cash on arrival. All cance ( such as date changes ) must be made IN WRITING. IF you cancel your reservation all deposit received will be retained by retained by Home property service.Co.Ltd
